MELEEA is proudly designed and made in Melbourne by designer Aster Denisenko.  Aster had an unorthodox fashion education, working intensively as a stylist with real women through to working in custom made bridal and couture which meant that she saw firsthand how garments interact with the wearer, how to adjust fit.  These experiences inspired her to create her own designs that are a lifestyle fit whilst tailored to the individual - comfortable and easy to style with a subtle modern twist.  Aster views clothing in an artistic way, exploring colour, texture and drapery, designing clothes that are wearable art, practical yet expressive. 

The MELEEA woman is confident and feels empowered by her femininity, she likes standing apart from the crowd and walks to the beat of her own drum.  MELEEA garments are designed to accentuate the right places of a woman's body and to drape in a way that flatters, drawing upon classic silhouettes with a modern twist that give each garment their unique identity.  MELEEA garments are made on request, ensuring that the designs are perfectly fitted for the individual.
